Kudat   located at the North of Sabah Borneo, she is once the first capital of British North Borneo Chartered Company. it takes about 3hrs drive from Kota Kinabalu city, through scenic countryside to the town of Kudat, passing views of paddy fields, villages, oil palm plantation, local stalls selling handicraft and food items. You will find the junction to Simpang Mengayau Just before ariving Kudat, from there, it will take about 1 hour to reach the place so called "The Tip of borneo", where you will find the fascinating scenery of long stretch white sandy beach and its beautiful northern tip sea. you can even catch the unforgetable sunset, if you arrive there on time in the evening. If you are interested in local culture, you can also visit Sumangkap Village, well known for its "Gong" making skill by its local artisan, and the Longhouse of the Rungus people community.
